If I was <i>really</i> paranoid I'd think how handy it was for a government which has sprawled so hugely past the Constitutional restraints of the Executive to own the very banks we keep our PATRIOT-act monitored monies in. And how <i>nice</i> it would be for them to keep their beady eyes on every fiscal movement we make. But that'd be paranoid, to think they set it up. Wouldn't it. Yes, it would. Yes it would. Now buy something. They need to calibrate their system.
