US gives China Eminent Domain rights to secure US Debt?

I’ve read on a few websites, including the Houston Examiner that Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton has delivered an official letter granting China the RIGHT to take US property as collateral for the massive amounts of debt that the US owes China!

I was STUNNED to find this news and shocked that our new President would grant a communist country such POWERFUL rights. What makes this even more scary is that I don’t see how we can pay back China… Which makes Chinas seizure of US Property a likely scenerio…
